Social Media Service Refill: Eligibility and Terms
Refill is not available for every service, and its period is not universal. The service description and order details show whether it is available for your case.
Check whether your service supports refill
Review the refill indicator in the catalog and read the description before ordering. A similar service offering refill does not mean your chosen service offers it. Some services show a period in days and may state additional conditions in their descriptions.
Read the period and conditions
Do not assume a fixed period or permanent coverage. Check the terms and any stated period for your selected service. If a period or condition is unclear, ask before confirming rather than relying on the service name alone.
Open the order details
Refill availability depends on the service, order status and applicable terms. If the action appears for an eligible order, submit it there and follow its status. If it does not appear, create an order-linked ticket to ask about eligibility.
Keep the required link and inputs accessible
Check that the content is still available at the same URL and with the required settings. Removing content, changing its link or restricting access can prevent verification or fulfillment of the action. Do not share your account password to resolve an issue.
Submission and acceptance are different steps
Submitting a refill request does not mean it has been accepted or will be completed immediately. Follow the action result in your account. Refill does not establish how long every interaction will remain or guarantee sales, genuine audiences or a business outcome.
Refill and cancellation are different actions
Refill follows the terms of an eligible service. Cancellation follows its own rules according to order status. For a question about either action, create an order-linked support ticket so the relevant context can be reviewed.
Questions to help you choose
Is the refill period the same for every service?
No. Refill support, period and conditions vary by service. Read the stated period and description before ordering, and do not assume permanent coverage. Ask about the service before confirmation if its terms are unclear.
What is the difference between refill and cancellation?
Refill is an action for eligible services and orders under their terms. Cancellation before dispatch releases reserved funds; after dispatch, availability and the result depend on order status and terms. Submitting either action does not mean acceptance. Follow the result in your account.
Why is the refill action missing from my order?
The action depends on service support and the order's eligibility, period, terms and status. Check the service description and order details. Create an order-linked ticket if you need clarification; the missing button alone does not explain the full reason.
