How to Choose a Service and Track Your Order
Before your first order, take time to read the description, price and terms. These steps explain what to check at each stage.
1. Start with your platform and content type
Open the catalog and search by platform, service name or ID. Check whether the service is for a profile, post or video, and read its required URL format. To compare similar options, select 2 to 4 services from the current page and open the comparison.
2. Read the price, limits and terms
Check the minimum and maximum quantities and whether the price is per 1,000 units or per package. Refill and cancellation requests are available only when the service supports them and the order is eligible. Read the refill period and stated conditions rather than assuming they are the same for every service.
3. Create your account and prepare your wallet
You need an account to place and track orders, with email verification for features that require it. Choose a funding method available in your wallet. Options include Vodafone Cash and InstaPay according to availability, and XPay when it appears as enabled.
USD is the base currency. If you pay in another currency, review the displayed conversion rate, payment amount, fees and net wallet credit before continuing. The rate displayed for the payment applies to that payment.
Manual EGP transfers deduct a 1 EGP service fee from the transfer total before net credit is calculated. Submit your reference and payment proof through the funding flow. Uploading proof alone does not add funds; credit follows review and approval of the transfer.
4. Prepare the order and review the total
Enter the link, quantity and any other inputs required by the service. Do not share your social network password. Make sure you are authorized to use the content and that it remains accessible as required by the description.
If the service supports delivery runs, review their count, interval and total quantity. Different service types can require different fields, so follow the form for your chosen service. Review the total and currency before confirmation, and review again if the price changes.
5. Track the order after confirmation
Confirmation reserves the order value in your wallet. Fulfillment starts according to service availability and acceptance status; confirming does not mean it has completed or started immediately. Open the order details for status and update history. Check the status before duplicating an order because of a delay.
6. Ask for help with the right context
Create an order-linked or payment-linked support ticket when you need help. If a refill or cancellation action appears in the order details, read the terms, submit it there, and follow its result. Submitting an action does not mean it has been accepted.
